Our Team

Originally a native of the San Francisco area, Jonathan enjoys hanging out in coffee shops, reading, bonfires, and spending quality time with friends and family. Chelsea and Jonathan have four children aged 6 to 13 years old. They love going on family walks and playing outside with the kids and card games. Jonathan serves APF as Lead Pastor and elder.

Jonathan's greatest desire is to see people’s lives saturated and transformed by the gospel. He worked in youth ministry for almost a decade in various capacities including as youth and young adult pastor, Youth For Christ director and a teacher at a Christian school. In 2020, he and his wife, Chelsea, pursued the call to plant All Peoples Church in Glendale Heights, a church-poor and diverse community.
