Chelsea Barney

As Jonathan’s wife, Chelsea helped plant All Peoples Church in Glendale Heights in 2020. Since merging in 2022 to create All Peoples Fellowship, Chelsea has been serving the church in various capacities. She joined the staff in September 2025 as Women’s Discipleship Director and Pastoral Administrator. Outside of ministry, she enjoys practicing Spanish, caring for her houseplants, reading, biking, concocting new recipes, and especially, spending time with Jonathan and their four kids, ages 6-13.
